nick: graduand->graduate
Apparently I was a graduand until last Friday.
I bought myself an ipod touch to celebrate, gosh it's nice, even though soundwise it's
noticeably poorer than the Sony walkman.

nick: what is ipod for? - drooling over, mostly
gorgeous bit of kit, nearly as nice as my macbook.
Will use it as an extension of the macbook I think - it syncs up all contacts/calendars/music and has email and web browser so just nice to use. Sound quality is not fantastic so would use walkman in preference, but tbh mostly I am listening to music via macbook at work (including spotify). Ipod/itunes do podcasts pretty well though so I have a fair number of them stacked up to go, and you can be playing games etc, while listening.
