Tim: More "Culture"
My copy of Myst V arrived, something to look forward to when I get back from El Cotillo. In a way this is the first "proper" Myst game since Riven: Mysts III and IV were developed by other companies under licence, while Cyan got on with Uru. Meanwhile, Uru was intended to be a multiplayer game, but was then shoehorned into a single player adventure. It mostly worked. So, this time I'm hoping for a bit of top quality.
The José Saramago book, as I feared, didn't lead anywhere. A nice read and all that, but it was just some sort of fable thing.
Don't forget the unmissable England games, next Saturday and Wednesday.
And Steve, a total longshot but no harm in mentioning it, Regenesis are playing here at The Brook on 25th October.
