Tim: The latest is, we're buying it.
Quick recap for Steve: we had a reasonable offer in on our house last week and accepted it. Then at the weekend we rushed out to try and get a new (but completed) house we've been itching to buy for ages.
Our buyer is renting, so all the signs are that we'll be moving pretty soon.
I've put some images up on Nick's wiki.
Tim: This google map is supposed to show the route from old house to new, but when I tried it just showed the endpoints.
nick: looks good: plenty of space for bikes, and a bit nearer to N.Waltham so not so far to ride. What's the likely timetable do you think?
Tim: You're right, it's a nice big garage so I'll have to work on the next excuse.
We're handing over the reservation cheque today, that gives us 28 days to exchange (theoretically). So, some time in June I assume?
